Recovery and Mental Health

Quiet Quarters provides structured, trauma-informed support designed to help veterans stabilize, recover, and rebuild their lives. Our program addresses both mental health and substance use through a combination of group support, life skills development, and peer connection.

Services include:

  • Trauma-informed group support to help veterans process experiences and build emotional resilience
  • Substance use recovery support, including participation in AA/NA and structured recovery groups
  • Life skills workshops focused on daily living, decision-making, and personal responsibility
  • Employment readiness and goal setting to support long-term independence
  • Peer mentorship to foster accountability, connection, and shared experience

Through this integrated approach, veterans gain the tools, structure, and support needed to move toward lasting recovery and independent living.
